Meet The Team
As the owner of Teddy’s Ladder, Beth’s singular goal is providing the highest quality preschool education in a secure, nurturing and stimulating environment. A Syracuse University graduate, Beth is a licensed foster parent with Houston Child Protective Services and has twelve years of child care experience under her belt. She is also a certified childcare provider through the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.
Beth’s own children are the inspiration for owning and operating Teddy’s Ladder. She’s passionate about her daughters’ educational experience, and her desire is to
create that same love of learning for your child at Teddy’s Ladder where the environment is educational, fun and safe. Beth is passionate with all aspects of childhood growth, and she aims to balance your child’s educational experience in a well-rounded approach which includes social, emotional, physical and intellectual development.
Beth is proud of the fact that Teddy’s Ladder’s pre-kindergarten teachers are degreed, and that they excel in teaching with most of our four and five years olds already reading by the time they graduate from our school.

Ashley says “Whether it’s helping a child learn to write, or helping them with an art project, I love to watch their faces light up with excitement as they learn something new.” Ashley is also a mom who enjoys reading, scrapbooking and baking.
Office manager Susan Wilton brings more than thirty-five years of management experience to Teddy’s Ladder. Mrs. Wilton comes to us from Infiniti where she handled HR and payroll for 7,500 employees. Ms. Dani helps develop our lesson plans and also heads up our Gifted and Talented program for parents who want their children to place-out in accelerated classes in public or private elementary schools. She is also our communications coordinator who speaks with parents on an as-needed basis throughout the day or week.
